UI/UX Designer

Shape the SinergIA experience — from agent flows to product mockups — turning complex compliance requirements into clear, trustworthy interfaces.

What you'll do

  • Design flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for the platform and its agents.
  • Own and evolve the design system (typography, color, components, motion).
  • Partner with product and engineering to ship designs to production.
  • Validate decisions with user research and fast iteration.

Full-time · Rome / Hybrid

System Engineer

Own the backend: design, build, and run the infrastructure and services that power SinergIA, keeping them reliable, secure, and scalable.

What you'll do

  • Design and build APIs and backend services for the agentic platform.
  • Manage and maintain infrastructure, deployments, and monitoring.
  • Ensure security, EU data residency, and GDPR compliance at the system level.
  • Improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of our services.
